I can't even imagine Tuomas's disappointment when the Nuclear Blast guys rejected "The Poet and the Pendulum" as the first single from the outcoming Dark Passion Play... and they picked up Amaranth, which was supposed to be a weak bonus track XD!
Oh, don't mistake me, I believe Amaranth's a perfect single, that cannot be said of TPATP... but Holopainen is pretty sensitive about his "babies" XD So this comic is just another dumb sketch which jumped in my mind. I apologize. I feel so silly. =P

It's WHOLE TRUTH!!
They [whoever it was] couldn't be SANE choosing the single...or the new singer, as well... :/ :dislike:

But I have to admit her voice works qutie resonably with sthe sound of new album...but it's to WEAK and too POP-like! :hate:

Grrr..My fav from the albom is also 'TP&TP' :3

All the chibi Tuomas...es make me giggle ^^ The whole strip's adorable. I actually like Amaranth a lot, but it doesn't beat out The Poet and the Pendulum.

Ah, ma quindi la bonus track doveva essere Amaranth. Non so perché, ma ero convintissimo che fosse For The Heart I Once Had... sai, per la descrizione che ne fa Anette nello studio diary...

For The Heart I Once Had è rimasta in dubbio fino all'ultimo perchè a Tuomas non piaceva (io non lo capisco quest'uomo che si lamenta delle canzoni che scrive LUI XD). Non mi ricordo... cosa diceva Anette a riguardo nello studio diary?
Amaranth invece era stata decisa come bonus track quando l'avevano fatta cantare a Marco, poi l'hanno sentita cantata da Anette e hanno cambiato idea =P

Hum... l'ho fatto il gioco di tentare di capire quale canzone è quale dalla descrizione di Anette. Di una in effetti dice che doveva essere una bonus track, ma è molto allegra, ha un ritornello che prende e quindi hanno deciso di metterla (da li hocollegato con FTHIOH). Fra l'altro, io quella canzone la amo... e la adora anche la mia prof di canto che mi ci fa esercitare perché è acuta ed ottima come pratica. *-*
